What to include in your quote request
The more we know about your event, the faster we can come back with the right set-up and an accurate price. Helpful details include:
- The venue name or address, and whether the floor or stage is indoors or outdoors.
- Your event date and the start and finish times.
- Approximate guest numbers, so we can size a dance floor or plan a stage layout.
- What will be on the stage, for example speakers, a band, a lectern or a vehicle.
- Access details such as loading docks, lifts, stairs or vehicle access to a lawn or oval.
- Any extras, such as accessibility ramps, steps and handrails, custom dance floor decals, custom stage surrounds or red carpet runners.
If you have a floor plan, a sketch or artwork for a monogram or logo, email it to sales@corprahire.com.au with your event date in the subject line.
