Call us

Tell us what you need, the venue address and your start time. We'll confirm what's available and give you a price.

We load and go

Once you approve, our crew heads out. For most central suburbs we can be on site within about 2 hours. [CONFIRM]

We set up

We install, level and safety-check everything.

We pack down

Tell us your finish time and we'll come back to remove it.

What's usually available same day

Portable stages: speaker platforms through to band stages, with skirting, steps and handrails.
Dance floors: parquetry, white gloss, black and white checkered and LED starlight, depending on stock.
Stage and floor together: one crew, one delivery.

What's the cut-off?

Call as early as you can. Requests before 2pm can usually be set up for an evening event in the metro area. Later than that, call and we'll tell you honestly what's possible. [CONFIRM]

Does same-day cost more?

There's no automatic same-day surcharge. We quote on the equipment, distance and set-up, as for any booking. [CONFIRM]
