How to choose a dance floor
By event
- Wedding receptions: white gloss, round, black and white checkered or diamond. Add a monogram or names with a custom printed floor (14 days lead time).
- Galas, awards nights and launches: white gloss or LED starlight. LED works best in a room you can dim.
- Formals and themed parties: black and white checkered, or coloured and two-tone floors in your colours.
- Brand events: custom printed floors with your logo, or coloured floors in brand colours.
By venue
- Ballrooms, halls and function centres: any of our floors.
- Lawns, courtyards and marquees: white gloss, parquetry, black and white checkered and diamond go outdoors. We lay underlay and level the floor; tell us the ground surface when you enquire.
- Rooms you can dim: LED starlight, so the lights show.
By size
- As a guide, about a third of your guests will be on the floor at any one time. We'll recommend a size for your room.

For most central suburbs we can usually be on site within about 3 hours. We deliver across greater Perth, Peel, Swan Valley and South West; the South West and other regional WA are by arrangement, with extra delivery costs.

How much does dance floor hire cost?
Every dance floor is priced on application. The price is based on design complexity, dimensions, materials and installation requirements. Send us your guest numbers and venue and we'll quote. Delivery and installation are confirmed in your quote.
Are your prices GST inclusive?
Prices quoted are + GST.
What size dance floor do I need?
Allow for about a third of your guests on the floor at once. As a guide, 100 guests suits a 4m × 4m floor and 400 guests suits about 10m × 10m. We'll recommend a size for your room.
Can you set up a dance floor outdoors?
Yes. We install dance floors on lawns, gravel and paving and in marquees, and check the ground before we start. Outdoor installs use underlay.
How far ahead should I book?
For weddings and large events, 4–8 weeks ahead is a good idea, and earlier in the busy October to April season. We also take short-notice and same-day bookings when stock allows.
